Recurring payments spread across 12 months to make budgeting easier for both you and our volunteers
Swimming pool, tennis, and Pickleball access for only $37 a month
Must have 8 months payment equaling $296 by May to receive keys
All 12 months must be paid each year from September-August to retain membership and your card will be charged each month
If you signed up late (anytime after September) please use the option on the website to pay off your balance before receiving your key in May

Give $5 a month to the groundskeeping only
Funds are used for caring for and beautifying entrances and common spaces throughout the neighborhood
Swimming pool, tennis, and Pickleball access are NOT included

This is not a subscription, but can be useful to help pay for a:
Specific number of months remaining on your balance to receive your key for the pool and the tennis/Pickleball courts
Full-year’s membership with one annual payment rather than a monthly subscription
Donations
Donate any amount you wish for the good of the neighborhood, or to a specific cause you want to invest in
