Stop by to pick up your keys between 10am-12pm. Please note that the keys are changing for both the pool gate and the tennis courts.

Spring is here, and we’re looking forward to opening our pool as the weather is starting to warm up! We’ve received so much positive feedback from members since we refinished the pool and converted it to salt water for a more pleasant swimming experience and lower maintenance costs.

The tennis courts are also ready to go! We plan to have the lights operational again this year to enjoy the cooler evening weather while playing, and we’ll be having them resurfaced sometime this summer, increasing the quality of the courts and gameplay.

We need as many members as possible so that we can keep up with maintenance and improvements (more on that later). Even if you don’t plan to use the recreation facilities this year, donations of any amount are welcome using the “Donate” button on the website. Thanks for your support!

Many members have enjoyed our monthly payment plans:

• $37 per month for Pool, Tennis, and Groundskeeping. 9 months of fees must be paid up by May to receive your key.

Also, feel free to pay the lump sum amounts with our traditional plans via check:

• $460 for access to pool, tennis, and groundskeeping fees or

• $75 for just groundskeeping fees for upkeep of our entrances and common spaces.
