Please save the date for our Rogers Mill & Carriage Gate Oktoberfest on October 1st. We'll gather at the RMCG Pool & Tennis area to enjoy the fall season with fun and games, delicious food, and craft beer kegs donated by Good Word Brewing and Public House (a huge shoutout to our neighbor, Ryan Skinner, for making this possible)! This will be a fundraiser – details below.

· Swimming - the pool will still be open for those willing to brave the cool water!

Our Goal:
To bring neighbors and friends together for an enjoyable time while raising funds to re-strap the chairs and chaise lounges that surround the pool. The frames are still in good shape, and re-strapping them will save significant cost while improving the aesthetics and enjoyment of our pool area. If we raise enough money, we’d also like to buy some additional umbrellas and chairs to provide more shade and seating.

Neighborhood Meeting
At 4pm, we will provide a brief update on the state of our neighborhood and have a brief Q&A. All Rogers Mill and Carriage Gate residents are welcome to attend.
Pool/Tennis/HOA Monthly Membership Opportunity:
You’ll also have an opportunity to sign up for our monthly membership program, which covers Pool, Tennis, and HOA, for only $37/month. If you sign up in October, new sign-ups get one month free! Spreading payments across the year eliminates the big payment each spring, making membership easier to maintain.
Please note that you must have 9 months paid equaling $333 before receiving your pool and tennis keys in May. Additionally, you must continue paying the monthly fee throughout the summer in order to retain your keys and pay the year’s membership cost in full.
