Pool Regulations for Private Parties

  1. The CGRA Board must approve all private parties at least one week in advance.

  2. Private parties may be held as long as they do not encroach on the membership’s use and enjoyment of the facility. The pool is not closed to members during the party.

  3. There is a $50 fee to reserve the pavilion, and all parties are limited to 2 hours in length. After the party is over party guests may be asked to leave depending on current occupancy of the pool by other CGRA members.

  4. Time parameters for parties are as follows:

    • Monday through Friday: Private parties are allowed at any time, but only one party at a time. Check availability with our contact above. All parties must end by 10:00 PM, including all required clean-up.

    • Weekends: Private parties are permitted on Saturdays and Sundays, provided the party ends prior to 2:00 p.m. and there is only one party at a time. Check availability with our contact above.

  5. Parties must be hosted by an CGRA member who is at least 21 years old, and the adult member must remain present for the duration of the party.

  6. Parties are limited to 20 attendees.

  7. The CGRA member hosting the party is responsible for leaving the pool area as it was found. Including, but not limited to:

    • Collecting and removing all trash and refuse completely from the property,

    • Moving all furniture back into its original and intended positions, and

    • Cleaning up any and all food/drink spills and messes from tables, chairs, and/or floors.

  8. The CGRA member hosting the party is responsible for the cost of replacing or repairing any items that are broken or damaged during the party.

  9. All party attendees must abide by the CGRA Rules and Regulations.
